I called dublin on Tuesday they called me back and told me to call London so I called London on Wednesday . they was closed . so I got an appt with katie today . I never in my life had a pa talk to me the way she did . my incision was fine for over a week no bleeding or pain sat it started bleeding and I was worried about it . she was rude about me having to ask for a work slip cause she was in dublin yesterday . At my last visit in May, Dr. Conroy suggested I come back in, in about 60 days. His assistant and I discussed a date and time for the next visit. I distinctly remember us agreeing on July 13 because I preferred a Monday. We set it for 10:30 so I could go straight to work. I showed up for the appointment, there was no record of it being scheduled.

No need to get in touch with me. I saw Dr. Conroy in the London office......the first thing I noticed was that the windows needed to be cleaned. I had a great first visit with Dr. Conroy, because I was so desperate for help, I guess. He seemed very concerned, sat in front of me and looked me in the eye, and I felt I was being cared for. I would have appreciated a call from the office letting me know if all cancer cells were excised during the procedure. Is "no news is good news" applying here?

The staff was friendly but I was very dissatisfied with the whole experience. I went there to find out why my hair was falling out by the handfuls all at once. No testing was done of any sort and I was told it was from old age and to use Rogaine. Yes I agree that your hair thins with aging but it definitely does not all fall out at once. I got no help at all.
I was actually surprised at how fast I was in and out of the exam room. Less than 5 minutes maybe 10 at the most. I have been to multiple dermatologist and this is the first time I had a skin Exam without the doctor using a light or measuring certain moles or taking any notes of her findings. I am 61 and was a sun lover as a child. Staff was very nice.
