I was referred to OhioDERM by my physician, Dr. O'Connor at Mapleleaf Family Medical in Bellefontaine after a routine exam on 2/24/26. I contacted the phone number of the Bellefontaine location on 2/26/26 (@ 3:54pm per my cell log). The lady I spoke with said Dr Conroy didn't have any available openings for over a month, unless I wanted to see him at the London office. The nurse practitioner looked at my condition.. said she didn't know what it was but wouldn't let me see the doctor, saying, "Well, he wouldn't know either , if I don't know". All this is why I should have seen the doctor! I know 2 friends that had the same experience! We wanted to talk to THE EXPERT

Products that were recommended for me inflamed my sensitive skin and rosacea. Please do not contact me, I have found another dermatologist.
After finding this office on the web, I called and explained in detail the issue I was dealing with on my throat. The receptionist assured me this was a service they offered and scheduled an appointment for me. Waited 40 minutes in their office for the nurse to come in and take a look and say no we are unable to help and instead of refunding me for wasting my time and doing nothing, charged me $130 for the appointment. I am Self pay and had to take off work to make the appointment. I highly recommend looking elsewhere

First off I walk in and the lady said we didn't have you scheduled. I scheduled the appt by in Dec. And appt was in March. The excuse was we updated our system. Why don't you save people's appt before updating the system. That was a red flag. Then walk in the room and the music was loud and had no blinds on windows. Not very private when taking off clothes. The place didn't seem inviting to me
