Was treated with very little waiting time. All of the staff was friendly and courteous. I was made to feel at ease in a potentially stressful situation.

Timely appointment and easy to make the appointment. The front desk person was super friendly as was the nurse/assistant who brought me to the exam room. Dr Conroy was thorough and asked good questions. It was an efficient visit, but I didn’t feel rushed.

When was my last visit? When's my next one?
This was the worst medical appointment I have ever had and I am 60 years old. If I could leave Dr. Conroy zero stars I would. Without question. I experienced a lack of diagnostic skills, medical gaslighting, an absolute waste of my time and money for an issue which fortunately was successfully treated elsewhere.

I couldn’t be more disappointed. I had an appointment with a nurse practitioner after my husband recommended the doctor. I am trying to get back into annual checks. She literally told me several time that I am “a very spotted girl”. She ran over my body with her hands so quickly I don’t know how she would identify or feel any anomaly. Then for two issues I showed her (one I had to remind her because she forgot ) she froze the spots. No warning. Nothing. And it dripped down my face. I had a terrible experience with OhioDerm and the nurse practitioner I saw. I left this office in tears, and with no answers, or even suggestions. She did not even listen to me or why I came in. I was treated like a toddler the whole time and left this office feeling so terrible and discouraged. Would not recommend.

Still have a very large scar the size of a quarter where a small wart was frozen off. The wound took 3 months to heal

The Doctor we saw was arrogant and awful. When we asked about testing he said there was none. We now have a new appointment elsewhere with a Doctor who DOES testing and believes in trying to find the causes of the eczema flare ups. Please teach your Doctors to stay up to date on studies and scholarly information.
