I went for an early appointment and was in and rather quickly. The staff were very helpful and very friendly. Dr. Conroy answered all my questions and was quick and helpful. Very friendly. Would recommend their service to anyone. Will be going back to get some other things done and know I’m in good hands.

Timely appointment and easy to make the appointment. The front desk person was super friendly as was the nurse/assistant who brought me to the exam room. Dr Conroy was thorough and asked good questions. It was an efficient visit, but I didn’t feel rushed.

At my last visit in May, Dr. Conroy suggested I come back in, in about 60 days. His assistant and I discussed a date and time for the next visit. I distinctly remember us agreeing on July 13 because I preferred a Monday. We set it for 10:30 so I could go straight to work. I showed up for the appointment, there was no record of it being scheduled.

I was actually surprised at how fast I was in and out of the exam room. Less than 5 minutes maybe 10 at the most. I have been to multiple dermatologist and this is the first time I had a skin Exam without the doctor using a light or measuring certain moles or taking any notes of her findings. I am 61 and was a sun lover as a child. Staff was very nice.

the biopsy was deeper than superficial. it should have had some stitches. it bled a lot. she applied just a bandaid, wasn't nearly enough. we had to change to heavier bandages twice on friday and twice on Saturday until it was better.
