The staff were quick and efficient, I was seen quickly after I arrived , the facilities were clean and professional, I was fully informed as to what was happening and informed about following appointments and telephone calls . I did receive a follow-up call and everything was fully explained

Haley was very professional, caring & knowledgeable. The appointment was thorough and she explained the procedure. I inquired about several issues I’ve had in the past with another dermatology office. She gave me advice & ideas of what products would help alleviate my skin problems. The staff was also very caring. I would definitely recommend this office.

The staff was friendly but I was very dissatisfied with the whole experience. I went there to find out why my hair was falling out by the handfuls all at once. No testing was done of any sort and I was told it was from old age and to use Rogaine. Yes I agree that your hair thins with aging but it definitely does not all fall out at once. I got no help at all.
I am not dealing with an AI bot whenever I want to contact you so after this appt I won’t be back unless you can tell me how to get around it.

My whole appointment lasted less than 2 minutes! I had questions and never got the chance to ask. I had places on my body that I wanted inspected. Not sure I'll come back to you...
