As always, from the moment of opening the door to this office, you're surrounded by an atmosphere of warm cordiality and conviviality. As always, Dr. Cocolis was extremely competent and cheerful and managed to make a complicated procedure painless and almost pleasant. It's pretty clear that Dr. Cocolis's office is making an effort to stand above the crowd in terms of customer service. Their staff seems to be universally pleasant and helpful. Dr. DaSilva has been outstanding. She is kind, considerate, compassionate and thorough. Dr. DaSilva was very friendly and knowledgeable. She explained everything in an understandable way and was very patient with answering all of my questions. This was by far the best dentist I've been to, helping me understand why the dental problems I am having are occurring whereas previous dental practices have left these concerns unanswered.
