Dr. DaSilva is an outstanding dental professional. She always explains what she is going to do and continues explaining as she proceeds. Her friendly demeanor makes me feel very comfortable and for sitting in a dental chair that is saying something! Have had 3 crowns and a couple fillings done by Dr. Cocolis. No residual pain after the numbness wore off, the fit was perfect and no problems afterwards. Most competent Dentist I have known. Dr DaSilva was awesome. For years I have been reluctant to change from my previous dentist because service, office, treatments, technology were all great, but it was out of network and really expensive. Due to upcoming major dental work needed, by chance I called a couple of places and made an appt at this office, which is in my insurance plan network. Though there was a slight mix-up concerning my appointment time and day, I have to say that everything worked out very well, and as usual with this office, I received excellent service and friendly and helpful treatment by all of the staff and the doctor. Hello. This is Kellen's mother, Debbie Delaune. The work performed on Kellen's upper teeth is superb. They look wonderful. After coming home and reviewing the bill, there are charges listed that were not included in the Treatment Plan. The charges pertain to teeth 3,4,13,14 and 15. I looked into my benefits and saw that these were submitted to the insurance company as pretreatment separately from the other charges (upper teeth submitted separately as well as lower teeth submitted separately).
