Everyone in the office was welcoming and kind. Even those I wasn't working with directly. She was gentle and offered me frequent breaks and other various comforts. Dr disilva took her time with me and asked my opinion several times. Good Afternoon, My name is Denise Smith and I had an appointment with Dr. DaSilva and Mrs. Frances Best today. I was apprehensive about this appointment as its been quite some time since I've seen a dentist. I was greeted with warmth and comfort from the moment I shook hands with Mrs. Best. My 6 year old loves going to Dr. Cocolis. Dr. C and his staff always put my kids at ease, make sure they are comfortable and take great care to make sure the experience is as pain free as possible. Can't say enough about everyone at the office. Amy and I love our pets, Susie and I lament about men, Dr. C tells goofy jokes and I laugh! Everyone is kind and understanding.
