Dr. DaSilva was, as always, very friendly, courteous, and answered all my questions. She has a knack for explaining the procedures and techniques used in an understandable way, and gives all information about options without being pushy. She eased my anxiety about having fillings done and ensured that the areas she treated were numb before proceeding. Terrific as usual! Julie is superb! Dr. D always makes me smile. The entire front office staff Amy, Brooke , and John warm personable and professional. The Halloween decor was a hit too. At 70 I have endured many dentist visits but the last one with Dr. De Silva was amazing. Her sense of humor, her pleasant attitude and professionalism made the visit go by very easily. Fantastic! Wonderful! Professional! Personable! Talented! Patient, etc. etc. I could go on and on. Dr. C and team are the absolutely wonderful! They are certainly the best I have ever run across. Believe me through the years I have had my share of Dentists. Ugh! That said, without reservation, I highly, recommend Dr. C and associates to one and all. Suzi took care of me as always. I might hate coming in, but I do always know she will be gentle and take good care of me. I always appreciate the jokes and the laughs to diffuse the situation, but the understanding and extra care was something I won't forget. I contacted Dr. Cocolis' office around 9:30am yesterday to inquire about upcoming openings to get my teeth cleaned. They had an opening at 4pm. They admitted me a few minutes after 4pm. The hygienist was thorough. Not only did she clean my teeth but she also noticed a small infection and administered tetracycline. As usual, Dr. Cocolis came in when I was all cleaned up and double checked what had been done.
