Always a pleasant visit
Dr. Thompson and team are outstanding in skill and professionalism!! Best Dentist I have ever gone to, he and team are very responsive to my needs and do such a beautiful job in patient teaching. For example, I recently lost a crown placed by another dentist, he brought up a picture of my tooth and x-ray. He described the plan of care for the decay underneath and the rationale for the plan. Using 3D imaging he is able to create a crown in his office.
Dr. Thompson came in on his day off to help me with a tooth that was hurting badly. He is awesome!
Moved to Colorado from Houston and was referred to Dr Thompson. The office and all of the staff are very pleasant and caring. Dana is an excellent hygienist.
Dr. Thompson and the staff at Pine Creek are always fantastic. I had an issue with a tooth and janice scheduled me that day. I had vague symptoms and they diligently worked to find a solution to the problem. I have been going to Pine Creek for many years now and can't praise them enough. Best dentist and staff ever!
The staff at Pine Creek Dental is superb. Every year, I have the same technician. I appreciate her, and the fact that she remembers/reviews what I had done last year. You can tell a good leader by how long his staff stays. Dr. Bill Thompson keeps his staff. He also is always on the cutting edge of technology. His efforts, and those of his staff, make the experience pleasant and more than justify the cost.
Pine Creek is the best dentist office I have ever been to. They are thorough, nice, expedient and Dr. Thompson has the most up-to-date equipment to make your visit as painless and care free as possible. I would highly recommend Pine Creek to anyone I know. They are amazing!!!
Dr Thompson and his staff provide top notch quality care. The office setting is very plush and comfortable. My only negative is that the estimates for the patient's share of payment doesn't always match the actual bill.
