Had a wait time of almost 15 min from my scheduled appt time. :(
Staff was very friendly and thorough. I needed to schedule a second appointment to replace some older fillings done years ago (another dentist) and they were able to fit me in same day. No second trip! While that might not be possible all the time I was grateful it happened to me. They were very gentle and I'm impressed with the new technology they use.
Fantastic! I have gone to Pine Creek Dental for several years and have never had a bad experience. This recent visit was an emergency due to an infected tooth. I was seen immediately and taken care by a very competent and compassionate staff. A very painful experience - but so grateful for a staff that cares about their patients.
