Every 6 months when I visit Pine Creek Dental, I always have a pleasant time. There is no long check-in process, hardly any time to get comfortable in the great waiting area, and then you're back with your hygienist. Everyone is so friendly and you can tell it's a great, close-knit team. I'm usually not a talker, but I always feel comfortable talking to the wonderful people at PCD. I hope my insurance never changes so I can always come here! :-)
This office has the best of the best from the equipment, to the staff and of course Dr Thompson. The team here goes above and beyond in customer service and promotes an environment that makes you feel comfortable and cared for. If you're in the market for a new dental provider, look no further!

I always feel like I'm visiting family when I go to the dentist. I suppose that's because your entire staff has always gone out of their way to be compassionate to my family members over the years.

Dana was an excellent hygienist. She was very gentle and did a great job.
Everything went really well with Dr. Thompson and Lauren. Great team. I really like how they do such a good job of distracting the patient: weather it is tapping on the shoulder while the injection is happening or talking about fun subjects during the procedure. It makes you feel like it is a really well put together team.
I visited for myself (crown and fillings) and three year old son (first check-up) and found all staff to be professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and honest.
Very friendly and very professional, they make going to the dentist tolerable.
