Service was provided in a professional and personal way. Everyone was extremely friendly and kept me informed of all the procedures as they were being performed. It was easy to make an appointment and they kept it on schedule.

I had a very very worst experience with their Dental Assistant LELA, she was very rude with me. I asked her to write down my next appointment date but she rudely replied me by saying, “It is very common it doesn’t need to be written” and then she clearly said NO to me. I have a very bad memory that’s why I asked her but the way she denied I will not recommend anyone to choose LELA. Otherwise my dentist Dr. Hannah Davis was a sweetheart she was so so good to me, highly recommend her :)

Hygienist, Sophie and Dr. Hernandez were friendly and professional. Their Services were great. Unfortunately, I can not say the same for the front office staff. Before scheduling, I clearly verified if office was a participating provider with my insurance. I was told yes, only to find out when given my treatment plan, that they were not. My experience with Professional Staff was wonderful but I will not return due to being misinformed by the office staff. had a terrible experience with this office. Billing was fraudulent, and I have reported this to the BBB. This office attempted to blind bill and never even performed the alleged services they attempted to bill for. To add insult to injury, they added a "missed visit" to this so called bill and I never agreed to return to this office after they weren't able to even see me and I returned to my original dental office when I was able to. Your website says your open today until 3pm. Have been trying to call since 1230 and keep getting message saying clinic is closed. Reached out for an emergency/same day visit and was told someone would contact me in the next business day - which is 2 days away. That is not emergency care. Your website is incorrect and that is false advertisement.

If your office manager has an issue about your account she should take you somewhere private to discuss it instead of embarassiing me if front of others. My wife had spoken to someone in your office previously and had already sent a check in. We have been there for years and have NEVER not paid you!
