Gentlest hygienist I've had in a long time!
First Appointment - No Tears Here! This was my 2.5 year old's first dental appointment. Amy, the hygienist, was so great about explaining and showing my daughter all the different tools and how they worked. She explained in a way that a 2.5 year old could understand. This helped my daughter to not be afraid or nervous about this new experience. I wasn't sure how much cleaning would be able to be done at this appointment, but my daughter was so comfortable that she actually got a full cleaning! No tears here! She loved gettin... read more
Personable staff I had to have an X-ray taken today. Because I knew it was just going to be a short appointment, I did not get a baby sitter for my 11-month old. For obvious reasons, it was not a great idea to just let him sit on the floor. Dr. Rupenthal personally came in and held him while I had my X-ray taken. Dr. Rupthenal was so sweet to my son - pointing out the window to the large construction equipment and talking to him about what they were doing outside. My time in your office is aways a great experience.
High quality service, professional and friendly We did not wait hardly any. Hygienist came and took us right away with a smile. Kathy, the receptionist and main boss is very friendly. Everything she does is with smile. Angie, our Hygienist was very gentle on us and very thorough in cleaning etc. Dr Rupenthal talks and explains everything thoroughly. Overall we have nothing but all good things to say about our experience at the clinic.
I am terrified of dentists and they keep me coming back! I am terrified of dentists! Not just nervous - TERRIFIED!! And of course I was not blessed with good teeth so I need help frequently.... The office is the first dentist office that keeps me coming back. They don't make me feel stupid about my fears and they do everything they can to help me through each appointment. Mitzi and Dr. Rupenthal are super patient with me as I am a little nervous about going to the dentist. Best of all I had no cavities and Mitzi took my picture and put it on the No Cavities Bulletin Board. My grandparents are especially thankful to Mitzi and Dr. Rupenthal for being so patient, understanding, and kind to me! They have been patients of Mitzi and Dr. Rupenthal for over 26 years and highly recommend them to everyone!
