It was so beautiful! Would recommend to everyone we actually waited 3 hours to get food but we didn't care because their drinks were amazing, people were very nice and they are new and under staffed so we didn't care! People were crabby and giving the hostess a hard time .... I felt bad for her.... food was amazing! We had poutine salad and the burger were all delicious. Atmosphere is perfect.
We finally got to experience Sapphire last night, and I say experience because that’s what it is from beginning to end. To start, the grounds, building and decor are breathtaking. They left no stone unturned and the attention to detail is unbelievable. We cant wait to sit on the patio and really appreciate he beauty of the property. This place is an absolute gem. The grounds are stunning, the decor is unique and beautiful, and the food and wine are perfection. Order the scallops! You won’t be disappointed!

Top shelf EVERYTHING! From service to savor, these guys have it nailed it down. The ambience alone is enough to keep your eyes entertained(if you don’t have a gorgeous wife to stare at, like I do) and stimulated. We had been super lucky to get in for an unplanned date night, after rolling the dice and driving there. Drinks, dinner, desert... all deserve Nobel Peace Prizes.
