Hygienist was compassionate, totally understanding of my finances, and best if all, did NOT fill my mouth with instruments, then try to make conversation or ask inane questions. I love Dr. Matt or I wouldn't pay out of my own pocket to stay with him since losing my job and insurance.

I had a cap come loose so I called to see when I could get in to see Dr. Matt. I was able to put the cap back in place so the tooth was not exposed, so it was not painful. To my surprise, I was told to come right over and they would work me in. I was told that I would probably have to wait a bit, but I was not there even 15 minutes before they took me back.
