I have interacted with Shanco team since November and they were very professional and kept moving the date just because the cold weather doesn't suit the Installation. Arrived on time and informed about entire process and completed on time - Very professional and kudos to entire Shanco team of Derrick, Carlos and in particular Kristen. Carlos at the end made all the nails were swept and did multiple times to ensure nothing is left out.

The guy's at Shanco were GREAT! When the team arrived, they were professional and answered all my questions from the very start. Note I made; as the job progressed it was very windy and cold, loose shingles were flying everywhere - they cleaned up VERY WELL! My neighbors were equally impressed. I was provided before/after photos that help me see the start to finished project. Galo - hats off to you and your crew. Job Well Done!

Dan patiently walked us through the options, learned our needs and made suggestions to create an answer that retained the durability we desired and the look we wanted. Shanco replaced the roof on my house on 12/12/2024. The work was done quickly (in one day) and carefully. Great care was taken to protect the bushes and plants close to the house. The removal of debris and cleanup was excellent. Afterward, I was sent 130 pictures of the condition of the roof before and after the work was done. I have worked with Stephen Harmon over the years.
