When I met a Sail’s whose name is Derrick, He said that Roof Replacement takes just one day, I wasn’t understood, How can make it. But They done, Replace where rotten plywood and flashing around vents and sent me all pictures of Crews what They’ve worked done. They made very Clean all around house also next door house. I really appreciate who work Cristian ,Derrick and Aljando. They made just one Day.

David Poole and Shanco roofing are top notch! I contacted Shanco for a insurance claim for wind/hail damage. It started out a battle due to my homeowners insurance. I did exstensive research on roofing products and companies before choosing Shanco, and GAF's multiple product lines (the different styles and lines they produce). I was referred to Shanco by the plumber who was working in my house, and noticed a hole in the roof. Shanco was everything I was told they would be professional, reliable, efficient and fair. From David Poole, the salesman, who patiently explained what needed to be done and why, and put a tarp over the hole in my roof before he left, to Alejandro Alvarado, the project manager, who kept me informed every step of the way. I had an incredible experience with Shanco. From the initial inspection, Jacob Conway was professional, knowledgeable, and didn't try to oversell. The crew, coordinated by project manager Alejandro Alavarado, arrived exactly on time, completed the entire replacement in one day, and did a fantastic job of cleanup.
