The roof replacement at my house was the third project that Shanco has done. The most recent project was to replace the roof. A few days after the completion I was concerned about the potential of a leak. The company quickly responded and put my mind at ease.

When I realized I needed a new roof my parents recommended Shanko to me, since they were very satisfied with their roof from Shanko. Our roof at 465 Leander Dr. in Springfield Ohio looked good but we were told that we couldn’t get a warranty on our roof unless we bought spouting. Our spouting worked great and the issue was never resolved. We didn’t know if the work was finished. The cupola at 511 Rosewood was knocked over and never repaired. This was reported also but not resolved.

Thank you for the outstanding job on my roof. Your crew was professional. They came very early and got the job done late at night . The work was completed on schedule. They kept the site clean. The next day I inspected and found couple of the edge drips were not completely nailed down, I then contacted Alejandro,. He and the crew showed up the next hour and fixed them all.
