I did exstensive research on roofing products and companies before choosing Shanco, and GAF's multiple product lines (the different styles and lines they produce). I was referred to Shanco by the plumber who was working in my house, and noticed a hole in the roof. Shanco was everything I was told they would be professional, reliable, efficient and fair. From David Poole, the salesman, who patiently explained what needed to be done and why, and put a tarp over the hole in my roof before he left, to Alejandro Alvarado, the project manager, who kept me informed every step of the way. David with Shanco came out to give me a roof quote and inspected both the roof and attic. He was thorough, professional, and walked me through everything clearly. What really stood out is that he told me I don’t need a new roof right now. I had an incredible experience with Shanco. From the initial inspection, Jacob Conway was professional, knowledgeable, and didn't try to oversell. The crew, coordinated by project manager Alejandro Alavarado, arrived exactly on time, completed the entire replacement in one day, and did a fantastic job of cleanup. Our property was left cleaner than they found it. Highly recommended!

The guys at Shanco did a superior job with my roof. The sales rep Derrick Sieber was extremely knowledgeable about the insurance process and fought like a dog with my insurance company.
