Shanco did an excellent job of installing our new roof due to hail damage. Including negotiating with our insurance company (with All Claims), communicating with us throughout the entire process, and the installation itself. The work crew was timely, efficient, clean, polite, and professional in every way. Special thanks to Tristen, Alejandro, Bruce and Brandon. Everyone did a great job and our new roof looks fantastic. Impressed with Steve Harmon’s knowledge and presentation of the whole roofing project. Crew showed up promptly at 7:00 am. Crew lead person Mario was very attentive to a few of my questions with cleanup and also touched up a few pieces of trim.with paint Alejandro Alvarado project manager promptly addressed a concern.two days later. Beautiful job. Highly recommend.
