Shanco replaced the roof on my house on 12/12/2024. The work was done quickly (in one day) and carefully. Great care was taken to protect the bushes and plants close to the house. The removal of debris and cleanup was excellent. Afterward, I was sent 130 pictures of the condition of the roof before and after the work was done. I have worked with Stephen Harmon over the years. We were completely satisfied in all respects with Shanko’s service. The cost was reasonable. The crew arrived on schedule and finished the job by around 4:30 p.m.. They were pleasant, courteous, and very professional. And, finally, the finished product looks terrific. We certainly recommend Shanco to anyone looking for roofing replacement. Daiel Haske, residential sales team did great roof inspection & provided his best recommendations for replacement. He answered our follow up questions and concerns professionally. The installation crew also did a great job. The project manager Alejandro Alvarado is very professional nice guy, he addressed all questions/concerns professionally even days after the installation, he came back at my home and professionally addressed my concerns. Great work, Great crew & Highly recommended.
