Our roof at 465 Leander Dr. in Springfield Ohio looked good but we were told that we couldn’t get a warranty on our roof unless we bought spouting. Our spouting worked great and the issue was never resolved. We didn’t know if the work was finished. The cupola at 511 Rosewood was knocked over and never repaired. This was reported also but not resolved.

Thank you for the outstanding job on my roof. Your crew was professional. They came very early and got the job done late at night . The work was completed on schedule. They kept the site clean. The next day I inspected and found couple of the edge drips were not completely nailed down, I then contacted Alejandro,. He and the crew showed up the next hour and fixed them all. Thanks again for your hard work and dedication.

Shanco did a great job of replacing our kitchen skylight. The workers were very professional and courteous, and the workmanship was excellent. Shanco exceeded our expectations with regard to price, timeliness and quality of work.

When I met a Sail’s whose name is Derrick, He said that Roof Replacement takes just one day, I wasn’t understood, How can make it. But They done, Replace where rotten plywood and flashing around vents and sent me all pictures of Crews what They’ve worked done. They made very Clean all around house also next door house. David Poole and Shanco roofing are top notch! I contacted Shanco for a insurance claim for wind/hail damage. It started out a battle due to my homeowners insurance. David came out, took pictures and started the process of battling with the insurance company. I did exstensive research on roofing products and companies before choosing Shanco, and GAF's multiple product lines (the different styles and lines they produce).
