What really stood out is that he told me I don’t need a new roof right now. I had an incredible experience with Shanco. From the initial inspection, Jacob Conway was professional, knowledgeable, and didn't try to oversell. The crew, coordinated by project manager Alejandro Alavarado, arrived exactly on time, completed the entire replacement in one day, and did a fantastic job of cleanup. The guys at Shanco did a superior job with my roof. The sales rep Derrick Sieber was extremely knowledgeable about the insurance process and fought like a dog with my insurance company. We contracted Shanco for roof replacement in late January 2026. After a long snowy and wet winter, we were able to get installation in early March 2026. We are super pleased with the process and seeing the project through to completion. Chris was awesome in this process. He helped us through the process the whole time and provided timely responses. He was able to answer questions and provided upfront, accurate information. Alejandro and his crew did an excellent job. They finished the whole removal and instillation of the roof in one day. They cleaned up and made sure everything was good.
