We are very pleased with the work Shanco did on our roof replacement. Dan patiently walked us through the options, learned our needs and made suggestions to create an answer that retained the durability we desired and the look we wanted. As we approached the end of the year and poor conditions we had a good conversation with project manager Bruce Lemon and decided to reschedule in January. Mike Hilderbrand sold us on Shanco. He answered our many questions and included our preferences in the agreement. S. Shanco replaced the roof on my house on 12/12/2024. The work was done quickly (in one day) and carefully. Great care was taken to protect the bushes and plants close to the house. The removal of debris and cleanup was excellent. Afterward, I was sent 130 pictures of the condition of the roof before and after the work was done. I have worked with Stephen Harmon over the years. We were completely satisfied in all respects with Shanko’s service. The cost was reasonable. The crew arrived on schedule and finished the job by around 4:30 p.m.. They were pleasant, courteous, and very professional. And, finally, the finished product looks terrific. We certainly recommend Shanco to anyone looking for roofing replacement.
