Wonderful project all around. Thumbs up to everyone. Derrick has done a fantastic job coordinating the project. Galo and his crew are the most professional roofing crew I have worked with so far(I've been a residential contractor for over 20 years) and these guys hit the mark. The excellent job has been done in timely manner. Steve Harmon and Alejandro Alvarado, a Project Manager at Shanco organized everything in perfect way. They kept me updated on every step of the process and helped me to deal with my insurance company. Shanco was recommended to me by my friend and I am very thankful to him for that.

Communication regarding scheduling the actual siding work was initially little rough due to holidays and poor weather, but I very much appreciated customer service explaining the need to waiting for certain temperatures so the work could be performed appropriately. Fortunately, the wait was very worth it. Alejandro was very communicative, and I was very happy with the job and cleanup!

I have interacted with Shanco team since November and they were very professional and kept moving the date just because the cold weather doesn't suit the Installation. Arrived on time and informed about entire process and completed on time - Very professional and kudos to entire Shanco team of Derrick, Carlos and in particular Kristen. Carlos at the end made all the nails were swept and did multiple times to ensure nothing is left out.
