Steve Harmon, sales representative , was knowledgeable and very respectful to the homeowner. He was patient with the process and provided data/documentation when the insurance industry needed results. Antione Hawkins, project manager, was communicating hourly on the day of installing new roof plus was present on site to respond to installers needs as well as the homeowner’s needs.

Shanco was great from start to finish. Our sales manager Derrick went above and beyond expectations. During the project our project manager Antoine kept me up to date with progress and was very professional.

Derrick Siber was just great in handling the roof process. He handled the entire market explanation - terrific. Alejandro Alvarado and his team was more than amazing. His managment throughout the job made a huge difference. I do not know the name of any of the roof workers but they worked 12 hour days - very professioanl installers - also very friendly guys. WE have a superior roof. Thanks

They were extremely effiecent . They arrived at 7:00 am and were there until 6:00 pm. They worked steadily at the roofing job all day long. They set up screens around the property so no material from the roofing removal would damage any property and landscaping during the process. There clean up was excellent after they finished. Great experience. Super quick, went straight to work and did a great job. They covered the yard to prevent nails and even cleared the driveway after they finished of nails. Great job overall,
