The installation went well. Done in a day. Came back to clean up a few issues. Looks great. Neighbors love the roof as well. Communications through the process was grest

The crew from Shanco did a great job replacing our roof! Our Salesman Ben Stephens was knowlegable and responsive to our questions and provided an acceptable price. We needed to have additional vents installed for our bathroom fans and Ben coordinated that with the crew. Our Project Manager Galo Munive made sure the job went smoothly from start to finish. Alejandro and his crew work efficiently and hard with very limited disruption to the normal day. Steve Harmon was an effective representative of the comapny's representative and transparent in his descriptio in the wok that had to be done and what might need to be done after the shingles had been adn the plywood, etc. could be examined.

The crew was very efficient. The crew took good care of all my belongings around the outside of the house to protect them from any debris.
