The excellent job has been done in timely manner. Steve Harmon and Alejandro Alvarado, a Project Manager at Shanco organized everything in perfect way. Communication regarding scheduling the actual siding work was initially little rough due to holidays and poor weather, but I very much appreciated customer service explaining the need to waiting for certain temperatures so the work could be performed appropriately. Fortunately, the wait was very worth it. Alejandro was very communicative, and I was very happy with the job and cleanup!

I have interacted with Shanco team since November and they were very professional and kept moving the date just because the cold weather doesn't suit the Installation. Arrived on time and informed about entire process and completed on time - Very professional and kudos to entire Shanco team of Derrick, Carlos and in particular Kristen. Carlos at the end made all the nails were swept and did multiple times to ensure nothing is left out.

The guy's at Shanco were GREAT! When the team arrived, they were professional and answered all my questions from the very start. Note I made; as the job progressed it was very windy and cold, loose shingles were flying everywhere - they cleaned up VERY WELL! My neighbors were equally impressed. I was provided before/after photos that help me see the start to finished project. Galo - hats off to you and your crew. Job Well Done!
