We had the front our townhouse mansard roof covering replaced by Shanco. My wife appreciates color matching the existing coil stock for a uniform look. This process has gone smooth and we thank Shanco for providing the resources for a one-day roof covering and sheathing replacement. Thanks, Shanco!
The entire process was seamless...required no work on my part. Everyone was very professional. Tristen was wonderful! He walked me through the entire process and did a terrific job explaining everything. Alejandro gave me updates and provided pictures of the roof during replacement. Great job!

We hired Shanco to install a new roof and siding on our home . Derrick was professional, yet easy to work with . He guided us through the entire process with patience and professionalism. Shanco did a wonderful job replacing our roof. They are a very reliable company.
Steve Harmon, sales representative , was knowledgeable and very respectful to the homeowner. He was patient with the process and provided data/documentation when the insurance industry needed results. Antione Hawkins, project manager, was communicating hourly on the day of installing new roof plus was present on site to respond to installers needs as well as the homeowner’s needs.
Shanco was great from start to finish. Our sales manager Derrick went above and beyond expectations. During the project our project manager Antoine kept me up to date with progress and was very professional.
SHANCO did a great job. They showed up on time, installed the windows, cleaned up and were done in a few hours. This is one of the many jobs SHANCO has performed for us. We are very happy with their service.
