We were completely satisfied in all respects with Shanko’s service. The cost was reasonable. The crew arrived on schedule and finished the job by around 4:30 p.m.. They were pleasant, courteous, and very professional. And, finally, the finished product looks terrific. We certainly recommend Shanco to anyone looking for roofing replacement. Galo and his team did an excellent job -- really appreciate their hard work. Daiel Haske, residential sales team did great roof inspection & provided his best recommendations for replacement. He answered our follow up questions and concerns professionally. The installation crew also did a great job. The project manager Alejandro Alvarado is very professional nice guy, he addressed all questions/concerns professionally even days after the installation, he came back at my home and professionally addressed my concerns. Great work, Great crew & Highly recommended.
