Daiel Haske, residential sales team did great roof inspection & provided his best recommendations for replacement. He answered our follow up questions and concerns professionally. The installation crew also did a great job. The project manager Alejandro Alvarado is very professional nice guy, he addressed all questions/concerns professionally even days after the installation, he came back at my home and professionally addressed my concerns. Great work, Great crew & Highly recommended.

The physical replacement took 20-24 hours over three days with a half day of stoppage time for rain. The crew worked together well, and were cheerful and respectful of us and our home. I was very pleased with how well they protected the existing gutters and plantings round the house as they removed all the old roof materials. They listened to my concerns and took extra care when replacing the flashing to groove and caulk into the mortar to prevent water running down the brickwork.
