From our very first interaction, this has been the best home improvement experience we've ever had. We called to schedule an appointment and not even two days later Derrick Sieber was at our house to go over the initial inspection. From the start Derrick was professional, courteous, and patient. We had a great experience with this roofing company. Their craftsmanship was excellent, and the team was courteous and professional throughout the project. They handled the details smoothly and made the process easy for us. The only minor issue was nail cleanup—we did find a few afterward, so there’s room for improvement there. Overall, though, they delivered quality work and we’re very satisfied.

Shanco replaced our roof and gutters, including gutter guards, and increased our top-of-house ventilation system. Dan provided excellent guidance on materials and options, and Alejandro oversaw the excellent and hardworking crew that replaced the roof on a very long and hot July day. Henry and his crew worked tirelessly on the gutter system. Altogether, we are thrilled with the outcome and the care Shanco put into our home.
