Everything went well. Arrived on time and got to work. Did everything that was agreed on and cleaned up everything afterwards. Nice crew and very helpful.

Shanco replaced our roof and gutters, including gutter guards, and increased our top-of-house ventilation system. Dan provided excellent guidance on materials and options, and Alejandro oversaw the excellent and hardworking crew that replaced the roof on a very long and hot July day. Henry and his crew worked tirelessly on the gutter system. Altogether, we are thrilled with the outcome and the care Shanco put into our home.

Very happy with our new roof and gutters. Derrick gave us an informative presentation and let us know what to expect, and when to expect it, and even came over to reattach some of our old shingles while we were waiting for the final job during this very rainy month. Galo and his crew did a fast but careful install, and cleaned up any trace that they had been there. House looks 1000 times better than it did, and now I can sleep at night!
