Including negotiating with our insurance company (with All Claims), communicating with us throughout the entire process, and the installation itself. The work was done when promised as promised. The roofers were professional and did an excellent job. I really like the before, during and after pictures. It's a way of seeing all that is involved in the job. It is a beautiful roof.
Impressed with Steve Harmon’s knowledge and presentation of the whole roofing project. Crew showed up promptly at 7:00 am. Crew lead person Mario was very attentive to a few of my questions with cleanup and also touched up a few pieces of trim.with paint Alejandro Alvarado project manager promptly addressed a concern.two days later.
