Great experience, from our interaction with the Claims Specialist, Jeff Youngman to our Project Manager, Alejandro Alvarado to the roofers on the ground. All were very professional and competent. The new roof looks great!

We hired Shanco to install a new roof and siding on our home . Derrick was professional, yet easy to work with . He guided us through the entire process with patience and professionalism. He never rushed us, and answered all of our questions ( and there were a lot ) ! The roofing crew was efficient and worked to complete the job . Steve Harmon, sales representative , was knowledgeable and very respectful to the homeowner. He was patient with the process and provided data/documentation when the insurance industry needed results. Antione Hawkins, project manager, was communicating hourly on the day of installing new roof plus was present on site to respond to installers needs as well as the homeowner’s needs.

Derrick Siber was just great in handling the roof process. He handled the entire market explanation - terrific. Alejandro Alvarado and his team was more than amazing. His managment throughout the job made a huge difference. I do not know the name of any of the roof workers but they worked 12 hour days - very professioanl installers - also very friendly guys. WE have a superior roof. Thanks
