The crew was very efficient. The crew took good care of all my belongings around the outside of the house to protect them from any debris. From start to finish Shanco has been very professional from the sales people (Austin), the claims specialist (Jeff), Galo the project manager, to the office staff (Saundra). Great job. Definitely recommend Shanco.

From day one, when I made the call to Tristen Patla, from your company flyer, EVERY ASPECT concerning a new roof fell into place. Tristen conveyed exactly what to expect, during all stages of the project. Through the weeks, listening to Tristen provide a checklist, was as close to a five star tutorial on Youtube, as one gets. The whole experience was great. Randy White and Trey Como were prompt when contacted, assessed the damage and walked me through the contract/claim process. Halo was great as well. He advised me of the plan and they executed it. Galo and his team worked efficiently and thoroughly finishing the job by the promised deadline. I am sharing their contact info with others with an excellent reference for future roofing/sliding jobs. I could not be more satisfied with my experience with Shanco.

Even in the rain the crew did a GREAT job! Now I won't have to pick up shingles blown off of my raggedy roof anymore. My yard looked better than it did before they started. I can remember only one name from the crew of 5 or 6, Carlos. I hope that was his name. They were all courteous and professional. I'm happy.

In anticipating rain, Shanco doubled the crew size to get our new roof installed more quickly. The new roof looks great and they cleaned up thoroughly. The entire experience was quick and easy.

A smooth and seamless process. Everyone was professional, responsive, and the communication was great. We were always kept in the loop with updates every 1-2 weeks. One minor hiccup in communication that occurred was quickly resolved when it was brought to their attention.
