Derrick Sieber was incredibly helpful in assessing damage to our roof and working with our insurance company to secure a full replacement. He truly went above and beyond, meeting with us in person and by phone multiple times, answering our many questions, and even coming out on a holiday weekend to meet with our insurance adjuster. Gallo Muncie and team did a phenomenal job on the replacement and were quick to come back out and resolve a couple issues we noted. We are so impressed, thank you!

This is my second project with Shanco (first was for siding). Per usual, they are very thorough with the process and explaining everything. Quick to respond to questions, even during the weekend. Derrick was very helpful through the process and spent several months working with my stubborn insurance and keeping me updated. Antoine and the crew that installed my roof were great as well. Keeping me abreast of all issues and showing me photos. They finished the same day and my roof looks spectacular.

Overall experience was excellent. Rylan, my sales rep, was great. He kept in touch throughout the entire process and was easy to get a hold of if I had any questions. Alejandro Alvarado, the Project Manager, was also great. He gave me a call the day before the install to make sure we were on the same page. The day of the install, he kept me updated and he and his team did a great job.

My experience with SHANCO from start to finish was top rate - from Jeff Youngman who assisted with homeowner's insurance issues and Saundra Barnhard, Operations Manager, to Alejandro Alvarado, who was the on-site Project Manager.
