I am pleased and happy with the new roof installation performed on Thursday, March 7, 2024. The project manager, Alejandro Alvarado and his crew arrived on time, at the scheduled date. The materials also arrived the day prior as planned. Jeff Youngman was help and responsive through the whole process. He went over and above what we expected. The office staff and scheduling was easy and they quickly accommodated a required change in the schedule. On the day of installation, the crew arrive at the scheduled time and quickly got to work. I was updated on the process with texts and photos throughout the day. Well done!

Every detailed was addressed. GREAT JOB. Galo's supervision was super. He answered every question I had with patients and care. Alejandro Alvarado and his team did an excellent job on our roof replacement. My wife said it looked like it was choreographed!! Good job on the cleanup too. However, I have to say that dealing with Mike H. was most unpleasant!! It took forever to move the process along - I'd remind him via email and he'd always say "I'll get that to you tonight, or at most tomorrow!" I'd wait a few WEEKS, then remind him again, and get the same response as before - "tomorrow". Took us 3 1/2 months to get the new roof...
