Roof was replaced according to schedule, one day work. Antoine Hawkins and his crew did good job replacing the roof and cleaning after. Daniel Haske was very knowledgable, he provided me with all necessary information and guided me through the installation process. I am satisfied with job done.

A very good job I like my roof
From our initial consultation with Steve to Alejandro keeping us informed of the crews progress day-of, our entire experience working with Shanco on our roof was professional, timely, and exceeded expectations. Would definitely recommend!
Alejandro and Ben walked me through the process well so I knew what to expect and how long it would take. There were additional intricacies with my project and they both saw to it were completed right. Alejandro came back to the site to check on everything and make sure I was content which I was. I would recommend Shanco to neighbors.
The roof looks great and is back to what it looked like before the tree hit it. I hired Shanco in order to get the same shingles, ridge vent, roof edge, flashings, and membranes and to retain my warranties. I haven't detected any leaks. The cover is missing from my attic fan thermostat/junction box. It may have popped off when the fan was raised and pulled on the wiring. I'll check the insulation below to try to find it.
