The team arrived promptly at 7:00am and worked so hard throughout the day to do the necessary prep work to protect the house and the garden, get the old roof off, install the new roof with all the necessary details, do a thorough clean-up, and finish up by 7:00pm. I admired their teamwork, their skills, and their constant motion all day long. An impressively well-organized and well-coordinated effort. And the roof looks great!

It was our first time to get a new roof, so we were very excited and nervous too. Our sales rep, Steve Harmon, guided us in this journey and gave us expert advice on everything from properly ventilating our roof to selecting shingle colors. We ended up using charcoal black shingles and they match our brick home very well. We truly appreciate Steve’s industry knowledge, effective communication and patience in answering our questions. Shanco's PM, Antoine Hawkins and his crew were fantastic! They were diligent, courteous and professional. The work process was explained as they went which is important to a customer. They cleaned everything up upon completion and did a walkthrough before leaving.
