Even in the rain the crew did a GREAT job! Now I won't have to pick up shingles blown off of my raggedy roof anymore. My yard looked better than it did before they started. I can remember only one name from the crew of 5 or 6, Carlos. I hope that was his name. They were all courteous and professional. I'm happy.

In anticipating rain, Shanco doubled the crew size to get our new roof installed more quickly. The new roof looks great and they cleaned up thoroughly. The entire experience was quick and easy.

A smooth and seamless process. Everyone was professional, responsive, and the communication was great. We were always kept in the loop with updates every 1-2 weeks. One minor hiccup in communication that occurred was quickly resolved when it was brought to their attention. A few key team members I want to mention: Alejandro and his team worked quickly and efficiently. Shanco recently replaced roof of our residence. It was a joy working with the whole team, especially senior members in project managements, Stephen Harmon and Galo Munive. The operation manager Saundra Barnhard was also great to work with. The whole task was done seamlessly, and with attention, and we are highly satisfied with the job.

SHANCO did excellent job in replacing our roof. The staff are wonderful and helpful in explaining the steps from the start to finish: assessment, dealing with the home insurance, selecting the type of materials, financing, scheduling and follow up of the project.
