Shanco Roofing team did an awesome job on our home. We are extremely grateful and appreciate the professionalism of the installation team. Tristen Patla, along with Antoine Hawkins, took care of our home and us from start to finish. They stayed in contact and was able to answer every question that my wife and I had. Great Company along with great people from the top on down. Awesome Job guys, I would recommend this and Antoine's installation crew 10 out of 10 times. Jeff Youngmam and Austin Wright are two great sales men. They help so much with choosing the colors that i wanted. Very helpful. Alejandro Alvarado and his crew did a good job getting the sliding off and putting on new all in one day. The roof and sliding crew cleaned up everything before leaving. Would recommend them great team.

Roofing projects can be very daunting and stressful and expensive. We had four companies come out to give us estimates for our roofing needs and additional projects. By far, SHANCO was the best! Derrick (Residential Sales) met with us to discuss our roofing needs. He definitely was very knowledge about the roofing products he recommended and brought samples. Derrick Sieber was incredibly helpful in assessing damage to our roof and working with our insurance company to secure a full replacement. He truly went above and beyond, meeting with us in person and by phone multiple times, answering our many questions, and even coming out on a holiday weekend to meet with our insurance adjuster. Gallo Muncie and team did a phenomenal job on the replacement and were quick to come back out and resolve a couple issues we noted. We are so impressed, thank you!

This is my second project with Shanco (first was for siding). Per usual, they are very thorough with the process and explaining everything. Quick to respond to questions, even during the weekend. Derrick was very helpful through the process and spent several months working with my stubborn insurance and keeping me updated. Antoine and the crew that installed my roof were great as well. Keeping me abreast of all issues and showing me photos. They finished the same day and my roof looks spectacular.

Overall experience was excellent. Rylan, my sales rep, was great. He kept in touch throughout the entire process and was easy to get a hold of if I had any questions. Alejandro Alvarado, the Project Manager, was also great. He gave me a call the day before the install to make sure we were on the same page. The day of the install, he kept me updated and he and his team did a great job.
