From inspection, scheduling, and the execution of the job, the representatives of Shanco were always courteous, informative, and available to answer questions. It was a very smooth experience. Most importantly, the work looks great and I appreciate the transparency throughout the whole process.
Jeff Youngman was help and responsive through the whole process. He went over and above what we expected. The office staff and scheduling was easy and they quickly accommodated a required change in the schedule. On the day of installation, the crew arrive at the scheduled time and quickly got to work. I was updated on the process with texts and photos throughout the day. Well done!
Every detailed was addressed. GREAT JOB. Galo's supervision was super. He answered every question I had with patients and care. Finally the yard was left better than it was, cleaned and every nail was picked up. I have been a realtor for over 30 years and will recommend Shanco, Galo and his team to all my clients. Thank you
Very Good Job
Alejandro Alvarado and his team did an excellent job on our roof replacement. My wife said it looked like it was choreographed!! Good job on the cleanup too. However, I have to say that dealing with Mike H. was most unpleasant!! It took forever to move the process along - I'd remind him via email and he'd always say "I'll get that to you tonight, or at most tomorrow!" I'd wait a few WEEKS, then remind him again, and get the same response as before - "tomorrow". Took us 3 1/2 months to get the new roof...

The Shanco Team did an excellent job in replacing my roof. Everyone was professional from my salesman, Roy Pena, who was very instrumental in working with my insurance company, the Project Manager, Gali Munive, who was insight the day of install, and the entire installation crew. My house was fully protected and the team ensured that all debris was cleared from the property. I’m so pleased with my new roof and I highly recommend Shanco for your roofing project.
