Saundra’s was lovely and helpful setting up plan to install. Mike H. patiently tutored me in “roofs” and Alejandro and Mauro pleasantly and professionally lead their team installing all. This is the second times I have Shanco replacing my roof. As the last time it was very fast and smooth. They did good jib. Team manager Alejandro sent me very detail photos for the whole operation.
It was an awesome experience, for the job was greatly and professionally executed. The crew arrived on time as it had planned, courteously interacted with us, and finally delivered!
I was struggling with the company that my insurance company recommended. I met with Trey and he was able work with the insurance company to get the necessary repairs approved. Antonio Hawkins was my project manager he did a great job.

From start to finish, our roof replacement went smoothly. We met with Steve Harmon first. He explained the process and Shanco roof products. We particularly appreciated his NO Hard-Sell approach. We felt informed but not pressured and were happy to sign on the dotted line when the time came to do so. On the appointed day, Alejandro Alvarado and his team showed up.
