All Shanco personnel (sales, scheduling, project manager and crews) were extremely professional and responsive. The crew completed the replacement quickly and efficiently. The new roof looks great!

the crew was professional and diligent in getting the roof accomplished and finished.The asst site supervisor was more than capable.unfortunately their was a younger employee whe doing the shingles wasnt quite ready for that task.neighborsere was an older roofer who had to come behind his work,this created a waste in shingles,other than myself watching the whole day,the installation of my roof,the men did an admiral job.One of my neighbors was interested in Shanco doing his roof.Antoine Hawkins gave him Derrick Sieber busine... read more

Alejandro and Ben walked me through the process well so I knew what to expect and how long it would take. There were additional intricacies with my project and they both saw to it were completed right. Alejandro came back to the site to check on everything and make sure I was content which I was. The roof looks great and is back to what it looked like before the tree hit it. I hired Shanco in order to get the same shingles, ridge vent, roof edge, flashings, and membranes and to retain my warranties. I haven't detected any leaks. The cover is missing from my attic fan thermostat/junction box. It may have popped off when the fan was raised and pulled on the wiring. I'll check the insulation below to try to find it.

Roof looks very good. With these black tiles overall house looks very nice. Thx to crew, that worked almost 12 hours n picked u after themselves, clé asking mess, clearing debris, etc.. Nice work! I recommend SHANCO for roof replacement n other jobs too . Very professional. Things done right.
