Shanco replaced my roof 4days ago. Although there was an initial glitch in scheduling the day of install , everything else afterwards progressed well. They arrived on time, work was done to perfection and clean up was fantastic. I was very impressed with ALL of them. They worked very professionally and were very courteous. Mario ( the project manager) and Galo ( project manager ) worked effortlessly and were very courteous and explained/ answered any questions I had. I would recommend the company without a doubt.

Shanco’s staff has been responsive and polite from the beginning. I placed our repair needs online with BBB late on a Thursday night and the next morning I contacted by Deanna from Shanco, who setup an appointment Monday. I didn’t know what to expect after numerous failed attempts to find a contractor. I met with Derrick Sieber, Project Consultant, who was very polite, patient, and nice personality. The whole crew did an OUTSTANDING Job! The roofers were experts, and the job was completed skillfully and on time. --The yard was kept clean during the whole process. --My son said "it was just a beautiful job". --I almost forgot--The whole crew started working at 7:00 a.m. as --- promised.

We had a great experience with Shanco. The entire process was easy and smooth from start to finish. Their responsiveness and professionalism are greatly appreciated. The finished product was amazing. Shanco is a trustworthy company. We certainly recommend Shanco to others.

Great job. Missed to mention (in my review submitted earlier) the names of some of the people who I thought did an excellent job. The project manager, Alejandro Alvarado, and Steve Harmon (the Sales Rep) comes to mind. Unfortunately, I did not take down the name of the crew chief, who was very friendly, responsive, competent and efficient. None of the crew members seemed out of place either, although I did not take down any of their names.

Overall, it was a very good experience. Shanco took care of whatever was needed in an efficient manner and the work got down within the promised time window. Some plants got damaged during the process (not out of the ordinary) and we really appreciated the crew coming back next day and replacing the damaged plants. The payment process was very easy and smooth as well.

Working with Shanco to install our new roof and new gutters was a pleasure! The sales representative, Daniel Haske, the Project Manager, Alejandro Alvarado,and the scheduler, Shaundra Barnhard were responsive to our concerns and questions. The process went smoothly and the outcome of our home improvement project is outstanding!
