The team finished our roof replacement (large house) in ONE DAY, which was incredible. They did an excellent job overall, with a tidy appearance and attention to detail. They cleaned up as well.

Awesome!! The crew was here on time. They prepped the site well. The clean-up was amazing. It's like they were never here! And they came back to adjust a skylight installation that appeared to be crooked.No problems. The crew was amazing!

We just had our new roof put on with Shanco. It was a completely positive experience. Austin Mitchell helped us with the entire process. He assessed the roof damage, discussed it all with me and then spoke with my insurance company at my home. I am so glad I didn’t have to speak to the insurance company. Austin took care of it all. I could not convince Allstate that damage to my roof is due to storm and wind till I spoke to Dillon at Shanco, he got involve, coach me through the process, and set up a conference call with the adjuster, and finally, they agree to pay for the roof replacement, it was better than hiring an attorney, he knew the law and had superior technical expertise. Shanco replaced my roof 4days ago. Although there was an initial glitch in scheduling the day of install , everything else afterwards progressed well. They arrived on time, work was done to perfection and clean up was fantastic. I was very impressed with ALL of them. They worked very professionally and were very courteous. Mario ( the project manager) and Galo ( project manager ) worked effortlessly and were very courteous and explained/ answered any questions I had. I would recommend the company without a doubt.
Shanco’s staff has been responsive and polite from the beginning. I placed our repair needs online with BBB late on a Thursday night and the next morning I contacted by Deanna from Shanco, who setup an appointment Monday. The actual roofing job went good. The time between signing the contract and actual roofing job starting needs much attention. I had to initiate all contact and only receive service after emailing and calling myself. Was told there was a voicemail the day before which is not true .The only voicemail was the ones I left for salesman in which were never returned till 1 week later. These pictures are the first time I've seen, was told over the phone 5 sheets of plywood and would send the pictures, never came. About 4 or so day... read more
