The actual roofing job went good. The time between signing the contract and actual roofing job starting needs much attention. I had to initiate all contact and only receive service after emailing and calling myself. Was told there was a voicemail the day before which is not true .The only voicemail was the ones I left for salesman in which were never returned till 1 week later. These pictures are the first time I've seen, was told over the phone 5 sheets of plywood and would send the pictures, never came. About 4 or so day... read more

I appreciate the effort your team put into completing my roof project. Here is some feedback from my experience, hoping it helps improve your future projects. Contract Deviations • Underlayment substitution: Tiger Paw (non-breathable) was installed instead of the specified Deck-Armor (breathable). The whole crew did an OUTSTANDING Job! The roofers were experts, and the job was completed skillfully and on time. --The yard was kept clean during the whole process. --My son said "it was just a beautiful job". --I almost forgot--The whole crew started working at 7:00 a.m. as --- promised.

Great job. Missed to mention (in my review submitted earlier) the names of some of the people who I thought did an excellent job. The project manager, Alejandro Alvarado, and Steve Harmon (the Sales Rep) comes to mind. Unfortunately, I did not take down the name of the crew chief, who was very friendly, responsive, competent and efficient. None of the crew members seemed out of place either, although I did not take down any of their names.

Overall, it was a very good experience. Shanco took care of whatever was needed in an efficient manner and the work got down within the promised time window. Some plants got damaged during the process (not out of the ordinary) and we really appreciated the crew coming back next day and replacing the damaged plants. The payment process was very easy and smooth as well.
