Working with Shanco to replace our roof and install new gutters could not have gone more smoothly! We had hired a painter to paint our trim work and Shanco and the paint crew worked well coordinating our home-improvement project. The sales representative, the project managers, coordinator and workers were responsive to our concerns and questions. We could not be happier with the end result and process!

Alejandro and his team worked hard for almost twelve hours. Finished the house roof plus walkway and garage. in one day. Roof looks good and cleanup was well done.
We had our roof replaced by Shanco on Monday, Dec 11th. With the first heavy rain, we noticed that the roof was leaking and we had water in our basement! Something that has NEVER happened before. Before they came to replace the roof, Shanco recommended that we mow our lawn so that it would be easier for them to pick up any debris/nails afterwards.
