Great job. Missed to mention (in my review submitted earlier) the names of some of the people who I thought did an excellent job. The project manager, Alejandro Alvarado, and Steve Harmon (the Sales Rep) comes to mind. Unfortunately, I did not take down the name of the crew chief, who was very friendly, responsive, competent and efficient. None of the crew members seemed out of place either, although I did not take down any of their names.

Overall, it was a very good experience. Shanco took care of whatever was needed in an efficient manner and the work got down within the promised time window. Some plants got damaged during the process (not out of the ordinary) and we really appreciated the crew coming back next day and replacing the damaged plants. The payment process was very easy and smooth as well.

Working with Shanco to install our new roof and new gutters was a pleasure! Working with Shanco to replace our roof and install new gutters could not have gone more smoothly! We had hired a painter to paint our trim work and Shanco and the paint crew worked well coordinating our home-improvement project. The sales representative, the project managers, coordinator and workers were responsive to our concerns and questions. We could not be happier with the end result and process!

We had our roof replaced by Shanco on Monday, Dec 11th. With the first heavy rain, we noticed that the roof was leaking and we had water in our basement! Something that has NEVER happened before. Before they came to replace the roof, Shanco recommended that we mow our lawn so that it would be easier for them to pick up any debris/nails afterwards. We received all your emails and phone calls and to have someone come out in the storm yesterday, would not have been a safe work environment for anyone.
