All appointments were kept on time. Everyone, Receptionists, Salesman, Accounting, Project Manager and the 2 crews that did the work were all professional and knowledgeable. One of my customers used Shanco a couple of years ago and was very pleased. Since then I have given your name to a couple of other good customers. Both were very happy. Very glad I used you. SHANCO did a wonderful job from start to finish. SHANCO rep Joe Flores coordinated with our insurance adjuster and made sure we were kept in the loop. Communication was excellent and there were no unpleasant surprises in the lead up to the roof replacement. Materials were dropped off on Friday and work executed on Monday. The crew, expertly managed by Alejandro Alvarado, worked seamlessly and the end result was beautiful. Good work BUT... The crew didn't notice (I assume) that they didn't clean off the top deck. I had to do it yesterday and today.

Everything went so smoothly and professionally, from my initial contact with Stephen, to working with Saundra on scheduling and working with our PM, Antoine. Mario even came on a Saturday morning to finish one last detail (snow guards)

The replacement of my roof was completed in an excellent manner., Antoine, PM, kept me abreast of all the work being done and if there were any outstanding issues that needed to be addressed. The work crew completed the work in a timely manner and put my lawn furniture and accessories back in the correct place.

The installation of our siding was good. The workers were professional. My only issue was the cleanup. I found nails and razor blades left in my yard.

The team arrived promptly at 7:00am and worked so hard throughout the day to do the necessary prep work to protect the house and the garden, get the old roof off, install the new roof with all the necessary details, do a thorough clean-up, and finish up by 7:00pm. I admired their teamwork, their skills, and their constant motion all day long. An impressively well-organized and well-coordinated effort. And the roof looks great!
