The roof looks great and is back to what it looked like before the tree hit it. I hired Shanco in order to get the same shingles, ridge vent, roof edge, flashings, and membranes and to retain my warranties. I haven't detected any leaks. The cover is missing from my attic fan thermostat/junction box. It may have popped off when the fan was raised and pulled on the wiring. I'll check the insulation below to try to find it.

Roof looks very good. With these black tiles overall house looks very nice. Thx to crew, that worked almost 12 hours n picked u after themselves, clé asking mess, clearing debris, etc.. Nice work! I recommend SHANCO for roof replacement n other jobs too . Very professional. Things done right.

All appointments were kept on time. Everyone, Receptionists, Salesman, Accounting, Project Manager and the 2 crews that did the work were all professional and knowledgeable. SHANCO did a wonderful job from start to finish. SHANCO rep Joe Flores coordinated with our insurance adjuster and made sure we were kept in the loop. Communication was excellent and there were no unpleasant surprises in the lead up to the roof replacement. Materials were dropped off on Friday and work executed on Monday. Good work BUT... The crew didn't notice (I assume) that they didn't clean off the top deck. I had to do it yesterday and today.

Everything went so smoothly and professionally, from my initial contact with Stephen, to working with Saundra on scheduling and working with our PM, Antoine. Mario even came on a Saturday morning to finish one last detail (snow guards)

The replacement of my roof was completed in an excellent manner., Antoine, PM, kept me abreast of all the work being done and if there were any outstanding issues that needed to be addressed. The work crew completed the work in a timely manner and put my lawn furniture and accessories back in the correct place.
