There is an area on the back of the house that need to be looked at. I showed it to the Project Manager before they left for the day. No change in the area that we are concerned about.

Joseph Stephens work diligently towards resolving my issue and made sure my roof was installed promptly and efficiently. I also want to thank and commend Antoine Hawkins and his crew on how caring and respectful they were with the roof install and clean up job afterwards. They made sure there were no nails and debris left in my yard. Thank you Shanco for sending a great team and I will always refer you all.
The crew arrived earlier than scheduled time and proceeded with preparations to protect property from debris. Work was done efficiently and thoroughly. Crew operated in a professional manner and did a great job; clean up was completed and we are pleased with all aspects of the roof replacement.
We are very pleased with the whole roof replacement process with Shanco. From getting an estimate from Dan, to working with Saundra to arrange for a start date, to Alejandro and his crew working tirelessly to make sure everything is done right. Every one of them is an ultimate professional and a joy to work with. I would use Shance again and recommend it to all my friends.
Excellent service
Galo, Alejandro & the team of workers did a great job with our roof repair from some wind/limb damage! The clean-up was excellent and we appreciated their professional expertise in getting the job done efficiently and in a timely manner before the afternoon rains came!
