This is the 2nd project we’ve had done. As before, everyone we dealt with was very professional and helpful. From Randy and Tony, to Celie and Logan. Both times small hiccups happened, but everyone exceeded expectations to get the issue resolved. Even an Office associate went above and beyond. Great Company, Great People. Thank You. Elizabeth did a wonderful job keeping in touch with us even though we had several delays due to other projects at our house. She was able to pick right back up when we were ready to go and the turnaround time to schedule was excellent. The install was the super. I still cannot believe Celie and Logan were done within the day. They were efficient, courteous and answered all my questions. My bathroom looks fantastic. My one and only bathroom needed an update. Simple bath replaced my shower/tub, vanity, cabinet over the toilet, toilet and floor. I absolutely love what they did. Celie and Ben were wonderful installers. They were efficient, professional, and thorough. They wanted to make sure I was 100% happy with the result.
