I come from Cleveland just to see Dr. Rachel, who is a really great dentist. They really treat me like family.
Dr. Sanyk is talented. She explains every detail and offers options to make certain I am comfortable with the plan. Her work on both my sons is impeccable and they like her as their new forever dentist since we’re new to the area. I am appreciative of the front desk, Ana and Danielle. I had an emergency dental issue, cracked and chipped upper wisdom tooth. Being still somewhat new to Hilliard area, I had not yet established a dentist. For anyone who's ever procrastinated such a thing, you know you are pushing your luck and sometimes luck is not on your side. I hate to admit, but I hadn't seen the dentist in 5 years! I was recently diagnosed with generalized anxiety and panic disorder. The dentist is definitely one of my biggest fears so I had been avoiding it for quite some time. From scheduling my appointment to getting two cavities filled, this practice made sure my experience was comfortable and painless. I have been seeing Smile Hilliard for years with such great service and true care and relationships built over these years. When my 7 yr old needed to have a cavity filled he was scared and I was more than confident he was in good hands. Dr Synak informed him of all the she was doing (on a kids level) she made it fun he felt calm knowing all that was going to happen. He was numbed before given a numbing shot and didn’t feel anything he now enjoys the dentist and was happy to get a toy from the prize box afterwards.
The most friendly Dental office I have ever gone to. From the minute you walk in, until the time you leave you so well taken care of. Smiles all around, make you feel welcome and like your family. Watching Netflix while you get your teeth cleaned is such a nice touch. I can’t say enough good things about this office. Everyone goes above and beyond! Bravo!
