Smile Hilliard is by far the best Dentist office. Everyone is so nice. Caitlin calls ahead of your appointment to let you know about all of the insurance coverage and how much you will be required to pay out of pocket. Brooke, Jenny, and Katie make the cleaning process as fun as it can be and honestly answer any questions you have. Had a problem with molar and was seen in morning soon after calling the office. Dr. Sanyk quickly found issue with tooth and referred me to dental surgeon. I give Dr. Sanyk and her staff high marks for helping with a tight schedule for prep work needed before seeing surgeon. Well done, Smile Hilliard.
I visited Smile Hilliard for the first time yesterday. Each of the staff was very friendly and helpful. My teeth have never been as thoroughly documented with pictures and x-rays. The hygienist was thorough and informative; the dentist was also very personable and seems very competent. Smile Hilliard will be my dentist going forward.
I picked this office based on their online reviews. Patients were genuinely so pleased with their experience and today I got to see why. The entire staff, from the front desk ladies to the dental assistants to the dentist and even checking out - they were all so kind, genuinely nice and friendly people who seem to love what they do. In over 22 years I never looked forward to seeing a dentist, that is until I discovered Smile Hilliard. They just get everything right; quick check-ins, experienced dentists, and they even give you an option to watch Netflix or Hulu while your teeth are being worked on!
