From the time I walked in until I left with 3 crazy kids, I felt right at home. Not only was everyone there very welcoming, but they also watched my kids while I had my exam and cleaning. I don't normally take kids with me to appointments, but I had no choice. My 4yr old son who has autism approves as well. I feel like I've been missing out all these years going to another office. Offering the best dental service!! The dentist office is amazingly clean and welcoming. The staff is very knowledgable and helpful. Very glad to have found this dentist. Definitely wish I had found them a long time ago.
I only wish the dentist would of came out and talked with me about the girls teeth.
Love having my teeth cleaned but when you can get a hot wax treatment at the same time is fabulous! Love Dr and staff! Thank you all for making the dental visit a pampered experience. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone. Also the dental care is unsurpassed.
First I would like to say that I have been to several doctors in the years and I have never felt so comfortable in an office like I did at smile Hilliard . the staff is wonderful and they seemed like they love their job. I would and will recommend to everyone.
The lead up to my first appointment had a couple of calls to see if I wanted to take an earlier appointment because of a cancellation. Though I wasn't able to make it because of work, it touched me as a nice gesture. Fast forward to appointment day and being greeted by my first name on my first time ever in the location was a surprise and welcoming. The staff was very courteous and caring. They was very knowledgeable and provided a relaxing experience. The Doctor was very upfront, knowledgeable and straight up with the care plan. I will highly recommend this office to all of my friends.
As usual the staff was attentive and friendly. My dentist did a great job and 24 hours later I feel as if I didn't just have two fillings done. Special bonus -the soft, fluffy blanket of happiness that I get every time I visit. :)
