I was very pleased with my visit to Smile Hilliard! Here are some things that I found particularly noteworthy: 1. The person who answers the phone was surprisingly pleasant! She set my appointment and made me feel welcome, she also took my insurance information over the phone and said she would call me if necessary to avoid any surprises. 2. As a new patient they spent extra time with me learning about my dental history and any and all concerns I had. Everyone makes you feel so welcome and part of the family.
