She always reschedules last minute making it hard on you. I was 11 minutes late, mind you I had to get my child out of school and come from Springfield all the way to the Xenia location and they told me they couldn’t see him, and also tells me it was my second time not coming to an appointment and that results in dismissal. I was there so how the heck was it a no call no show appointment. Luckily I was able to get him an appointment somewhere else not even 5 minutes after i left the office. My Daughter was supposed to have dental appointment today at 12:30 and we’ve been waiting more than 3hrs this is ridiculous if I had of known they weren’t going to see her until after 3 she could have enjoyed her day at school

If your daughter is a patient and was seen Thursday, she would have been having dental work done under general anesthesia (meaning she was being “put to sleep” by an anesthesiologist).  Due to  numerous medical reasons for the safety of the child, it would have been mandatory that he/she arrived several hours prior to her appointment, just like surgeries at hospitals.
