Dr. Hawkins runs a very professional office with excellent staff. She is competent, caring, and takes her time explaining things to you. We moved out of the area and I sure wish I could find someone like her where we live!
Although she and her staff are courteous and friendly, I do not recommend Dr. Hawkins. Multiple incorrect bills were submitted to incorrect insurance carriers resulting in denied claims. Then Dr. Hawkins sent full invoices directly to me. These were charges that would have been paid by United Concordia, had they been correctly submitted. As it took the carrier months to sort out the problems, she began sending me bills with finance charges for the unpaid balances.
