Lisa was thorough and extremely entertaining which I very much appreciated. Her engaging personality kept me calm during my entire visit. I felt safe with the COVID precautions that were in place. Everyone I encountered was courteous.

Greeted properly and in a friendly manner. The hygienist was kind, courteous and had concerns about my needs. The dentist Dr. Moore, who I met for the first time, asked numerous questions about my dental health and took time to find out if I had any issues or concerns. Overall great visit. I’ve coming to Dr. Smiley Dental office for many years and we will continue to be patients as long as we live here in Ohio. Thank you for your professionalism
Staff are always very friendly
Dental hygienist was awesome as usual. The front office charged me for x-rays that I didn’t get. When I called back after I realized it, the person who answered the phone was great about handling my concern and saying she would get the charge reversed.
