Dr. Robins was very patient, gentle and thorough. She explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it. She checked that I was not in any pain at any point. The facility is immaculate and I could see that the utmost of attention is paid to guarantee that the instruments and surfaces are totally hygienic. The entire procedure deserves five-stars!

I wasn’t told my appointment would run more than 90 minutes.
I wish I was told my 9:30 AM appointment would not be completed until after 11 AM. The duration of the surgery made me anxious about my scheduled meeting in Manhattan at 1 PM. I would have appreciated a warning that an hour and a half was to be expected.
