Dr. DiNapoli's office was great. I loved my experience there. The only issue I had was that they submitted a claim several months after I went there and it was denied because their office was slow! Not my fault. I was a bit upset about this but haven't heard since so maybe they are understanding. We'll see.

We recently switched to Dr. DiNapoli and I had my first visit yesterday. Could not be more pleased! All the staff were extremely friendly, his hygienist had a gentle touch so that I didn't leave with a sore mouth, and Dr. DiNapoli was very cordial and welcoming. All of their equipment seems top of the line. I'm so glad we switched!
I was a new patient who put off a dentil visit, partly because of the hassle of finding a new dentist. I read lots of reviews and did research. I was pleasantly surprised when everything lived up to the reviews I had read about Dr. DiNapoli. He was unhurried, knowledgeable, and explained my options well. He even listens. His staff seems 1st rate.
Very professional and knowledgeable. The service is consistently great. We will definitely recommend them.
Normal check-up and cleaning and everything went very smoothly. New staff member is quite good and very friendly. I miss Karen but this is the way things flow. I wish her the best on her next adventure.
Went in for my normal cleaning. Kelly is my dental hygienist and she is Amazing.

Dr. DiNapoli is an exceptional dentist! He is methodical, thorough, careful, and does an incredible job with crowns, fillings, etc. He is also funny, kind, and generous with his time - he doesn't ever "rush" to get something finished. And his staff is wonderful!
