Melody was very gentle; Jazz was efficient and friendly; Dentist was thorough. Receptionist was helpful and courteous. Great experience.

They wanted to charge me $85 to reschedule at the last minute for a work engagement. I went instead, when I got there they told me my regular hygienist was not there and they had not told me prior to my appointment time that had been scheduled for a couple of weeks. Chris the office manager was sarcastic and did not care if I went to another dentist after being a customer for over 35 years. Not good,
