I live in Akron but continue to travel to Cbus to go to The Gentle Dentist. Everyone is so nice and very accommodating. They are the best!!

I visited the Gentle Dentist for a cleaning and filling. I was greeted immediately upon entrance into the office. The front staff, the hygienist, dentists and all personnel were kind, friendly and genuinely helpful. I especially appreciated the Owner/Manager was working at the front desk with the other staff. The Dentist was very gentle when working on my filling and I had NO PAIN even before injected with the numbing medication through the needle. It is the first time I have not felt the poke of the dentist needle.
I did not have to wait and I thought the person cleaning my teeth did a good job.
Everyone was very kind and friendly and made me feel comfortable.
Always a great experience. Such a friendly staff.
The Gentle Dentist is so great especially Dr Cronin and Sherry - they gave my 3 that old a great experience with having a cavity filled!
I have been coming to this practice for quite a few years and am always amazed how the practice is run. I am never kept waiting and somethimes I even get in early. Yet I never feel as though I am being rushed. Sufficient time is alway allotted for every patietn. And there are 7 dentist so if an emergency arises. a patietn can get fitted in to see somone in an urgent situation.
