We absolutely LOVE coming there, it's worth a hour & 1/2 drive for us. The staff is fantastic. My girls LOVE Dr. Andy & Leland. Thank you for being so great with young kids

Before seeing the Dr's at Gentle Dentist, I was recently a patient for Todd Baker in Springboro, OH. After I moved Todd recommended his sister Melissa Baker. Although I am not her patient, on my first visit she introduced herself to me and assured me I was in good hands. Dr Scott Bossert is my dentist. He has always been extremely helpful. He completed a dental emergency where I had a molar extracted, I was in and out and feeling better than ever in no time. Even tho I had quite of bit of work done I had no pain. Everyone was relaxed and friendly. There was no rush. Probably the biggest compliment is that I dozed off while some of the work was being done. I've never. Even that comfortable at the dentist!! Dr. Nash and staff are amazing!
Friendly, welcoming staff, and my appointment started right on time. Dr. Cronin was awesome and "gentle". Spent time with me and explained procedure my procedure in detail.
Excellent care, efficient administration, and generally a fun experience for all. Not something you'd usually say about visiting the dentist.

I cannot express in words how great I think your entire staff was with dealing with what could only be described as a "special" situation for the 3 appointments scheduled yesterday afternoon for the Staleys. Alyssa, Kelly, Dr. Cronin et al really are fantastic and amenable to any circumstance. I always recommend you and will only continue to do so at every turn. Ideally next time we will not have multiple (unhappy) infants in tow to better accomodate Kelly and Alyssa instead of the reverse.
