Really like Dr. Bossert and the clinical staff! Have a bit of an issue with Jane and the scheduling staff.
The Gentle Dentist makes going to the dentist enjoyable! Their entire team is awesome. The staff at check-in and check-out make you feel welcomed and comfortable, not to mention keep business moving! Great place. An hour appointment is an hour appointment. You get there on time the get you treated on time!
My experience from beginning to end exceeds my exceptions every time. I was greeted by name as I approached the desk. My appointment was at 3:00 and I was in the chair by 3:00. The hygienst, Kelly, was so patient and understanding of my dental anxiety. She never once made med feel bad about gagging during the x rays or needing to take breaks during my teeth cleaning. Going to the dentist is not my favorite on my to do list. That being said the staff at gentle dentist make your experience as comfortable as possible. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are always very prompt and have you in and out while still making you feel very taken care of.
