Make me feel comfortable.
It was my first appointment. It was after work at 5:40pm. So by the time I was finished it was around 7:20pm. I just felt a little rushed at the end when I was checking out. I had some more questions about my bill I would be receiving in the mail and also my next appointments prices as well. The staff. I would like for Gentle Dentist to hire specialist, that way I won't need a referral to see a specialist if I need one. Everyone's great...keep up the good work.
I liked how comforting and inviting my visit was. Everyone was exceptionally nice and pleasant. I chose The Gentle Dentist due to the commercial that I would see on TV and it just so happen to be conventiently located right down the street from my work.
Consistent professionalism and expertise combined with caring and friendliness
My child has huge sensory issues so the dentist is a terrifying experience for him. Dr. Fox and Sierra were patient and kind the entire visit. Their efforts to put Sam at ease were truly appreciated by me. Thank you both!
